My approach is simple: listen first, understand what matters most, and help make the transition as comfortable and manageable as possible. After more than 40 years as a real estate professional, I understand how deeply our homes are connected to our lives, memories, finances, and sense of security. I bring that experience, along with patience, practical knowledge, and a calm, steady presence, to helping seniors and their families navigate this important next chapter.

My goal is not simply to help someone find a new place to live, but to help each senior find a place where they can feel safe, comfortable, supported, and at home—while giving their family confidence that they've made the right decision.
